The Coast Guard has established a Regulated Navagation area for the rehabilitation project of the State Route 99 Alford St. Bridge. This Regulated Navigation Area encompasses all waters of the Mystic River between Boston and Everett, MA from surface to bottom, within 100 yards of the Alford Street Bridge.
